Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sandwich bread with edges removed 4 slices
  2. Chopped onion, tomato, capsicum 1 cup
  3. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  4. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  6. Grated cheese 1 cup
  7. Butter 4 to 5 tsp
  8. ketchup 1/2 cup
  9. Pizza sauce 4 to 5 tsp
  10. Salt to taste


  1. First take a microwave safe bowl, put all vegetables and corn, add salt, black pepper and chilli flakes and cook for 1 or 2 minutes
  2. Take one slice of bread, spread butter, ketchup and pizza sauce. Add the grated cheese.
  3. Add cooked vegetables on the slices, sprinkle processed mozzarella cheese and some grated cheese. Now put this bread on grill mode for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup
