This is a quick recipe of an open sandwich, an easy and yummy recipe for everyday breakfast solutions.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 5, 6  slices bread
  2. 1  chopped capsicum
  3. half cup boiled corn kernels
  4. 1 chopped tomatoes [cut into halves]
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 3 carrots grated
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp mayonnaise veg


  1. These are the ingredients used.
  2. Arrange the grated, chopped caspicum ,chopped tomatoes , that is keep them ready.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan.
  4. Add corns, tomatoes, and caspicum
  5. Add tomato ketchup ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,Salt, mayonnaise, cheese and mix well. Cook for few minutes and take the mixture off the flame.
  6. Cut the bread slices into rounds with the help of a round bowl with sharp edges. [katori]
  7. Heat a pan with some butter/ghee, Now take a bread, first spread mayonnaise veg. Place this onto the hot tawa.
  8. Then spread some tomato ketchup ,add stuffing turn and roast from the other side too till it becomes crisp now add cheese , and this is ready to be served with tomato sauce on the side.
