ABOUT Open toast sandwich RECIPE

It's a very cheesy and tasty treat.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bread slices 3
  2. Cheese (shredded) 1 cup
  3. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  4. Boiled potatoes 2 large sized
  5. Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  9. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  10. Butter 3 tbsp
  11. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes and peas.
  2. Now add coriander leaves, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  3. Now cut the bread slices into two triangles and apply butter on each one. Then apply the mixture on them. Next add cheese and toast it in an oven.
  4. Finally when it's done, garnish with tomato ketchup and serve.
