About Open toast Recipe

Open toast made from normal white bread, butter and veggies simple and easy recipe

Open toast

Ingredients to make Open toast

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup finely chhoped veggies(onion, capsicum, tamato)
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • 1 tsp garlic finely chhoped
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt according to taste
  • Bread slice 4-5
  • 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanuts

How to make Open toast

  1. Firstly remove Corner the bread slice and cut in to round shape from cookie cutter and keep aside
  2. Then take a mixing bowl and take butter and with the help of blender blend it and got it creamy taxture
  3. In the same mixing bowl add all veggies finely chhoped, add garlic and green chilli, roasted and crushed peanuts also and mix it with the spatula
  4. Now take a round bread slice and spread the mixture of butter & veggies and toast it on a non stick pre heated greased (butter) pan/tawa cook it on medium low flame
  5. After 2-3 minute flip it and also toast it another side golden on low flame 2-3 minute
  6. Serve it with tamato ketchup
