Masala Toast

Ingredients to make Masala Toast

  • Bread 8 slices
  • paneer grated 1/2 cup
  • Processed cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mozeralla cheese 1/2 cup
  • chilly flakes 2 tbsp
  • Oregano flakes 2 tsp
  • chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Green capsicum 1
  • butter to toast

How to make Masala Toast

  1. Slice the capsicum length wise and cut it half and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Toast the bread with butter on the gas till it gets crispy.
  3. Add all the cheese, paneer and the flakes. Add chilly powder and milk make it like a paste.
  4. Now apply over the toast and decorate the 4 corners with 1/2 cooked capsicum.
  5. Keep it on the tawa again and sim the gas. Close it with a lid and cook for 1 minute or keep it in the microwave for 1 minute. It is done. Enjoy the dish.
