ABOUT Sweet Bread Toast RECIPE

Soft with cardamom flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 slices of bread
  2. 1/4 cup Milk
  3. 2 tbsp castor sugar
  4. 1/2 tesp cardamom powder
  5. Oil ,ghee or butter to toast
  6. 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat egg, milk and sugar till creamy.
  2. Stir in cardamom powder
  3. Place a pan on low flame.
  4. Pour a tesp of oil.
  5. Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture and place on the pan,drizzle oil around the slice.
  6. Toast it golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot.
