Ingredients to make Raw Banana 65

  • 1 raw banana
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
  • half teaspoon turmeric
  • curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 onion chopped into large chunks
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to season

How to make Raw Banana 65

  1. PEEL, WASH & DRAIN 1 LARGE RAW BANANA, CUT INTO LARGE CHUNKS
  2. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF GINGER-GARLIC PASTE & RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, MIX
  3. ADD 1.5 TBSP CORNFLOUR, MIX WELL
  4. DEEP FRY THE RAW BANANA CHUNKS IN HOT OIL
  5. FRY FROM ALL SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  6. ONCE DONE, PLACE ON TISSUE PAPER
  7. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC, 1 CUBED ONION, SAUTE
  8. ADD 2 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE, 1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  9. ADD 2 TBSP CURD, MIX WELL
  10. ADD THE FRIED RAW BANANA, SPRINKLE SALT TO TASTE
  11. COVER & COOK AGAIN ON LOW HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  12. ADD A HANDFUL OF CURRY LEAVES
  13. COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR ANOTHER 5 MINS
  14. SERVE HOT, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
