Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough: 200 gm plain flour
  2. 50 gm olive oil
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 2 tsp baking powder
  5. Cold water as required
  6. For stuffing:
  7. 1/4 cup capsicum
  8. 1/4 cup carrot
  9. 1/4 cup beans
  10. 1/4 cup corn
  11. 2 tbsp pizza pasta sauce
  12. Black pepper as per taste
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1 tsp Oregano
  15. 1 tsp chilly flakes
  16. 1 tsp vinegar
  17. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  18. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  19. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


  1. Make a stiff dough and cover it for thirty minutes.
  2. For the stuffing: Take a pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, chopped onion, capsicum, carrot and beans. Add the corn and pizza pasta sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, dry basil, vinegar, garlic powder, tomato sauce and saute for 5 minutes. Let it cool and then add some cold mozzarella cheese.
  3. Make a thick chapati with the dough. Cut into strips apply some water. Wrap these strips on an aluminium cone and deep fry it. Separate the cones and fill with stuffing.
  4. Garnish with some mozzarella cheese and place in oven at 180 degree centigrade for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
