Poha Pyaaza

Ingredients to make Poha Pyaaza

  • Poha 250 gms
  • potato 2 medium
  • onion 3 big
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Rai 1/2 tsp
  • salt as required
  • haldi powder a pinch
  • dhania powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Poha Pyaaza

  1. Wash poha thoroughly and keep aside.
  2. Chop potatoes in small cubes and cut onions into slices.
  3. Take a wok, add oil to it and when it heats up add rai, let it crackle.
  4. Add hari mirch, potatoes and saute well.
  5. After 2 minutes add onions and saute well for a few minutes.
  6. Add par boiled peas and corn kernels. Mix well.
  7. Add all the dry masalas and mix well. Add poha and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.

My Tip:

I just boiled water with a pinch of salt and add peas, corn kernels in it and rest them till last step to add in wok.
