Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Poha 250 gms
  2. Potato 2 medium
  3. Onion 3 big
  4. Green peas 1/2 cup
  5. Sweet corn kernels 1/2 cup
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. Oil 2 tbsp
  8. Rai 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Haldi powder a pinch
  11. Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash poha thoroughly and keep aside.
  2. Chop potatoes in small cubes and cut onions into slices.
  3. Take a wok, add oil to it and when it heats up add rai, let it crackle.
  4. Add hari mirch, potatoes and saute well.
  5. After 2 minutes add onions and saute well for a few minutes.
  6. Add par boiled peas and corn kernels. Mix well.
  7. Add all the dry masalas and mix well. Add poha and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
