Ingredients to make Cheela chutki mein

  • besan 1/2 cup
  • sooji 1/4 cup
  • atta 1/4 cup
  • salt as required
  • haldi powder 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sprouted beans paste 1/2 cup
  • water to make a thick batter

How to make Cheela chutki mein

  1. Take a wide bowl add all the ingredients and make a batter, like a idli batter with the help of water.
  2. Pour a full ladle on a hot tawa and make a round like a dosa.
  3. Sprinkle some oil if required.
  4. Flip twice thrice until it turns golden on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or sauce and tea.

My Tip:

I used paste of leftover sprouts if you don't want to add this, you can skip it.
