Its my soul invention with leftover idlis

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 leftover idli
  2. Capsicum chopper in cubes
  3. Onion cubes
  4. For marination 1 tbspoon besan
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  6. Drizzle of sarson oil
  7. 1 tbspoon hung curd
  8. Garam masala a pinch
  9. Turmeric
  10. Salt to tatse


  1. Cut idlis in cubes
  2. Prepare marinade paste by adding all ingredients
  3. Marinate idlis and vegetables for 30 mins
  4. Now after 39 mins turn on the gas
  5. Make the skewer with idlis and vegetables
  6. Grill on medium flame on a griller
  7. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup
