Have used all healthy vegetables in the stuffing including beetroot,brocoli to give it a healthy twist.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 brown bread
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Beetroot boiled 1/2
  4. 1/4th cup green pease
  5. 1/4th cup broccoli boiled
  6. Salt
  7. Chat masala 1tspoon
  8. Zeera powder 1tspoon
  9. Hing a pinch
  10. Lemon juice 2tbspoon
  11. Garam masala optional
  12. Ginger grated 1/2 spoon
  13. Green chili fine chopped 1


  1. Mix all the boiled vegetables
  2. Add all the spices
  3. Mix the lemon juice and make a fine paste
  4. Cut the sides of the bread
  5. Role with rolling pin and sprinkle some water on flat bread
  6. Take flat bread in your palm and fill 2 tbspoon filling and fold like a pocket
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pockets on medium flame
  8. When done golden brown than keep it pn kitchen tissue
  9. Cut in 2 pcs while serving
  10. Serve with green chutney and sauce
