Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 1 cup
  2. Greated cabbages 1cup
  3. Greated carrot half cup
  4. Finally chopped capsicum half cup
  5. Finally chopped green chili 1 tablespoon
  6. Finally chopped Coriender
  7. Red chili powder half teaspoon
  8. Salt as pr your teast
  9. Garam masala 1 pinch
  10. Lime juice 1 tablespoon
  11. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  12. For slurry
  13. Maida 1/4 cup
  14. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients and keep aside
  2. Now take another bowl and mix maida water and salt to make slurry
  3. Now take a lemon size dough and shape it like a tikki
  4. Now dip it in slurry and cot with bread crumbs
  5. Now put cutlets in hot oil for deep frying
  6. Fry it on midiaum to high flame until it becomes golden brown
  7. Cutlets are ready to serve
  8. Serve it with green chatni tomato chatni and tomato sauce
