Sago khichdi is good option for morning breakfast and i added veggies in to make it healthy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup sago seeds
  2. 2 medium size potatoes
  3. 2/3 cup rosted peanut seeds
  4. 2 big spn peanut oil
  5. 1/2 cup peas
  6. 1/3 cup finely chopped carrot
  7. SaLt as per test
  8. Red chilli powder as per test
  9. 3-4 green chillies
  10. 5-6 Kari leaves
  11. 1 tsp sugar
  12. Finely chopped corriender
  13. 2 spoon lemon juice
  14. 1 tsp Cummin seeds
  15. 1

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash and soaked sago seeds for 5-6 hrs min. To check perfect ready sago press it with finger it should be cracked
  2. Finely chopped potatoes as chips, grind rosted peanut ( not make powder)
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cummin seeds let it crakle
  4. now add green chillies and Kari leaves
  5. Now add potatoes and soate it for 2 min, add carrot and peas, add salt and red chilli powder
  6. In other hand mix peanut in soaked sago, add little salt and mix well
  7. Now sago peanut mix add with veggies, soate and cook with cover for 5-6 min
  8. Now khichdi is ready add chopped corriender and lemon juice and Serv hot
