ABOUT Veg mayonnaise sandwich RECIPE

An easy and yummy breakfast recipe to make when you get bored of the typical sandwich breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4-5 bread slices
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1/4 cup capsicum
  7. Salt,to taste
  8. Black pepper powder, to taste
  9. 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  10. Butter,as required


  1. Chop the onion, potato, capsicum and tomato finely.
  2. Grate the carrot and add to all the vegetables.
  3. Add salt, pepper powder and mayonnaise and mix well.
  4. Spread some butter on a bread slice and put the veggie mix on top.
  5. Cover with another slice of bread.
  6. Heat a flat pan or tawa.
  7. Butter the outer sides of the bread and toast/ grill the sandwich .
  8. Similarly do other slices too.
  9. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
