Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 10 bread slices
  2. 2 cup mix veg finely chopped(cabbage, carrots, capsicum)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  5. 7-10 tsp mayonnaise
  6. 1 cup boiled & shredded chicken
  7. For sauce:
  8. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  9. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  10. 2 green chilly
  11. 4-5 clove garlic
  12. Salt to taste


  1. First make sauce:
  2. In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, garlic, and water.Make a fine paste and keep aside
  3. Now in a bowl add veg, shredded chicken, salt, chilly and mayonnaise
  4. Now take two slices of bread apply sauce on both slices after that on one slice add vegetable mixture and cover with another bread
  5. Now toast it and serve hot with sauce.
