Chicken Mayonnaise tikka

Ingredients to make Chicken Mayonnaise tikka

  • chicken- 500 gm boneless pieces
  • ginger garlic paste- 20 gm
  • cumin- 10 gm (roasted & grinded)
  • green chilly- 20 gm
  • cashew nuts- 20 gm
  • peanuts- 30 gm(roasted with salt)
  • curd- 50 gm
  • salt- to taste
  • Fresh cream- 50 gm
  • Mayonnaise- 50 gm
  • oil- 5 to 6 tbsp
  • water- 1 cup

How to make Chicken Mayonnaise tikka

  1. Wash chicken properly. Drain it.
  2. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste salt & cumin(grinded).
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken & cook it till its 80% done.
  4. Mean while grind green chillies, peanuts & cashew nuts.
  5. In the same pan add some more oil and add this mixture. Sauté it till golden color.
  6. Now add curd and mix well. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Now add chicken pieces. Add some water & salt(if needed). Mix well. Cook till the water dries completely.
  8. Now add fresh cream & mix again. Cook for few minutes.
  9. Switch off the flame & add mayonnaise. Mix well.
  10. Give it coal effect & cover it.
  11. Serve it as a starter for any party...

My Tip:

You can use home made cream if you want.
