Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken boneless- 200 gm
  2. Bread slices- 8
  3. Celery chopped- 1/2 cup
  4. Green bell pepper- 1/2 Finely chopped
  5. Almonds toasted- 1tbsp
  6. Fresh cream- 1cup
  7. Mayonnaise -1tbsp
  8. Lemon juice- 1tsp
  9. Pepper powder -1/2 tps
  10. Parmesan cheese- 1tbsp
  11. Fresh coriander chopped
  12. Oilve oil- 1tsp


  1. Wash the pieces of boneless chicken thoroughly and boil in the water for about 5 min
  2. Add little bit of salt at the time of boiling the chicken. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Heat a pan and add Olive oil.
  4. Add the boiled chicken and other ingredients one by one.
  5. Mix well and cook only for 2 mins.
  6. Spread on 4 bread slices and cover with the another bread slice.
  7. Serve as it is or toast little bit.
