ABOUT Coffee Ice Cream RECIPE

Pure milky, without Ice cream maker, easy ice cream.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup cold milk
  2. 500 ml full fat milk
  3. 9 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  6. 1 1/2 tsp G.M.S
  7. C.M.C 5 gms
  8. 1 tbsp coffee
  9. 1 1/2 amul fresh cream pack

Instructions

  1. Take one cup cold milk and add milk powder, corn flour, G.M.S, C.M.C and mix it well.
  2. Take 500 ml full fat milk in heavy bottom pan and add sugar. Stir it and boil it for 15 minutes.
  3. Add cold milk mixture in it. Stir and mix well. Turn off the gas.
  4. Let it cool down to room temperature.
  5. Put in a fridge for 1 1/2 hour. Add coffee and amul fresh cream. Beat it till it becomes fluffy.
  6. Pour in a plastic tin and set in the fridge for 7-8 hours. Sprinkle coffee when serving.
