ABOUT Cold Coffee with Ice Cream RECIPE

A yummy drink for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk 3 cups
  2. Coffee 3 tsp
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. Water - 1/2 cup
  5. Vanilla ice-cream - 3 scoops
  6. Chocolate syrup - as required
  7. Ice cubes - as required

Instructions

  1. Heat the water and add coffee to it. Keep it aside
  2. Boil milk and let it cool down.
  3. In a mixer, pour milk, ice-cream, boiled coffee, sugar and ice cubes.
  4. Grind it till the consistency becomes thick.
  5. Pour it into a glass.
  6. For the topping: Add Ice-cream 1 scoop, pinch of coffee powder and chocolate syrup.
  7. Serve it cold.
