Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder
  2. 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  3. ¼ cup luke warm water 
  4. 2 tablespoon sugar or as required
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1 tablespoon Milk powder
  7. 2 butter scotch ice cream scoops for the milkshake
  8. 2 butter scotch ice cream scoops for topping
  9. Garnish
  10. Some choco chips
  11. Chocolate Sauce


  1. In a small bowl, take tbsp instant coffee. And cocoa powder.
  2. Add ¼ cup warm or slightly hot water. mix very well with a spoon.
  3. Now pour the chilled milk in blending jar, now add some ice cubes, the add 2 scoops of ice cream, milk powder and powder sugar.
  4. now pour this coffee mixture to it.
  5. blend for a minute or till the coffee solution becomes frothy and the color lightens a bit.
  6. blend once more till everything is mixed well and you get a nice froth on top.
  7. pour in glasses.
  8. keep some space on top for the ice cream scoops.
  9. Take a glass add some chocolate syrup to the bottom of it. And again to decorate it add the syrup from top to bottom of it.
  10. now place 1 or 2 ice cream scoops.
  11. And garnish it with some more chocolate syrup and choco chips
