Ingredients to make Madrasi sandwich and Samosa sandwich

  • For madrasi sandwiches:
  • 1 medium packet of bread
  • 500 gm boil, peel and chopped potatoes
  • 250 gm onion chopped in slices
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 6-7Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp green chilly
  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  • salt sa per taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • coriander for garnish
  • Ingredients for samosa sandwiches:
  • 4 no. Samosa
  • Green chutney(boil palak+ green chilly:make paste+salt)
  • Chopped onion 1/2 bowl
  • 1/2 bowl Sev
  • coriander for garnish

How to make Madrasi sandwich and Samosa sandwich

  1. For Madrasi sandwiches: Take oil in kadai heat it .
  2. Add mustered, curry leave, chilly, onion saute it.
  3. Add potato, salt, turmeric, garam Masala, lemon juice,sugar,coriander mix well cook it for 2 minutes. It is ready, cool to room temperature.
  4. Cut the border of breads.
  5. Now take a slice of bread and add this stuffing in it cover with other slice.
  6. Put in sandwiches maker sprinkle little oil bothside.and grill it till it became crispy brown. Serve it with sambhar or dal.
  7. Samosa sandwiches:
  8. Take slice of bread, spread green chutney on it now put samosa, little onion, sev and put another slice with green chutney on it.
  9. Put it in sandwich maker and grill it light brown with the help of little oil or butter.
  10. Serve with tomato ketchup.

hi...Nisha... thank you for giving four star...this was very tasty...hear in this sandwich...i used green chutney ...for make that i used only boil green palak and green chilly and salt...very easy and healthy too...
