Ingredients to make Paneer jalebi ( Royal jalebi)

  • paneer crumbled - 1 cup
  • maida- 1 cup
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • water- 1 cup
  • kewra essence few drops
  • Baking powder. 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying but use desi ghee for better results

How to make Paneer jalebi ( Royal jalebi)

  1. 1-Mix crumbled paneer,maida,milk required water for jalebi batter, keep aside for one hour.
  2. 2-Make sugar syrup by adding water to sugar by boiling till one string consistency, add kewra essence.
  3. 3-After one hour add baking powder to jalebi batter mix it well pour the batter in a designer cone.
  4. 4-Heat oil or desi ghee, not so hot it should be mild.
  5. 5-Make jalebis in the oil till golden brown from one side then flip on other side till gets crispy.
  6. 6- Take them out on absorbent paper then immerse them in warm sugar syrup till it absorbs sugar syrup.
  7. 7- Enjoy! mouthwatering Royal paneer Jalebis, serve hot.

My Tip:

Oil or desi ghee should be mildly hot.
