Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chopped paneer
  2. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  4. 1/4 cup eggless mayonnaise
  5. 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  6. 1/2 cup onion chopped
  7. 1 capsicum chopped
  8. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  9. 1 tsp oragano
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 cube cheese
  12. 1 tsp mix herbs
  13. 2 pinch of dried basil
  14. 4 pita bread


  1. Mix all ingredients except pita bread and mix well.
  2. Cut the pita bread horizontally through the centre into two parts.
  3. Apply butter in pita bread. And warm them.
  4. Stuff each pita bread with a stuffing equally in each bread.
  5. Close the pockets by pressing down gently.
  6. Heat non stick tawa spread little butter Heat a non stick pan and spread little butter on it .
  7. Place the stuffed pita pockets and grill for 3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with salsa sauce.
