Ingredients to make Maggie pockets

  • Maggie noodles 2pac
  • Maggie tastemaker
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • tomato ketchup 1tablespoon
  • Green chili sauce 1tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 1tablespoon
  • all purpose flour for dough
  • Sliced carrot 1
  • Sliced green bell pepper 1
  • Sliced cabbage 1

How to make Maggie pockets

  1. For Maggie stuffing. Take frying pan. In a frying pan take 2 tablespoon oil.
  2. Add cumin to it.
  3. Add sliced carrots, pepper bells, and cabbage(sliced).
  4. Add Maggie scoops to it. Then add water.
  5. Cover pan with its lid.
  6. Now ready dough with all purpose flour. Make thin chapatis with the dough.
  7. Fill Maggie stuffing in chapatis and close it with applying water to its edges.
  8. And then deep fry the pockets.
  9. Serve hot Maggie pockets with Schwan chutney and mayonnaise., :grin: :grin:

My Tip:

Garnish with Schwan chutney(it is easily available in market) and white mayonnaise.
