Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup cooked rice
  2. Soya bean chunks 1 cup
  3. Carrot 1 chopped
  4. Capsicum 1 chopped
  5. Peas 1/2 cup
  6. Potato 1 chopped
  7. Onion 1 chopped
  8. Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  9. Tomato 1 chopped
  10. Green chilli as per taste
  11. Lemon 1
  12. Pav bhaji 1 tbsp
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  15. Lalmirch powder as per taste
  16. Oil 2 to 3 tbsp


  1. First boil soyachunks in water for 5 minutes. Squeeze and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil when hot. Add onions and saute till golden.
  3. Next add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Saute well.
  5. Add green chilli and all the chopped vegetables. Mix in salt and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Put pav bhaji masala and give it a stir.
  7. Add rice and lemon juice. Mix everything well. Serve hot.
