It will be very tasty and easy to make and no need of chutney

Ghee kaaram dosa

Ingredients to make Ghee kaaram dosa

  • ghee 3 tbsp
  • 4 cups dosa batter
  • 5 dried red chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves
  • Lemon sized tamarind
  • 1 cup roasted gram dal

How to make Ghee kaaram dosa

  1. First dry red chillies with a teaspoon oil on to a hot pan. Once done grind it along with onion, tamarind, garlic into a smooth paste. Add water to make little paste
  2. Now take a pan and add oil and mustard seeds and add chutney and fry and keep it a side
  3. Now take a pan and apply some ghee and spread the batter
  4. And apply the chutney and add some more ghee and fold it and serve
