These are soft and spongy ones and are served across the tiffin centres and hotels in Bengaluru. The fermentation should be done well and this ensures that the dosas are spongy, porous and soft. Serve these with coconut chutney or onion tomato chutney as i did for melt in mouth super soft set dosas.
