Fenugreek has a lot of medicinal values. Its a coolant and keeps your gut healthy.This dosa is an ideal breakfast dish not only for diabetics but also for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Idli rice 2 cups
  2. Fenugreek seeds 1 fistful
  3. Salt accordingly
  4. Water for grinding

Instructions

  1. Soak idli rice and fenugreek seeds seperately for 4 hours
  2. First grind the fenugreek with the soaked water to a buttery consistency and keep in a bowl
  3. Then grind the rice and mix along with the fenugreek batter,salt to dosa consistency.
  4. Allow it to ferment for 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Now you can make soft spongy dosas . Cook covered .Do not Flip over
  6. Serve with spicy tomato gravy/ chutney.
