Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dosa batter 2 tbsp
  2. Egg 1
  3. Salt as required
  4. Turmeric Powder a pinch
  5. Pepper 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil


  1. Be ready with the dosa batter.
  2. Use dosa tawa to make the dosa.
  3. After spreading the dosa batter, prepare the egg mixture.
  4. For the egg mixture, take 1 egg (for 1 dosa), salt, turmeric powder, pepper and beat well.
  5. Pour the mixture over the dosa.
  6. Put oil over it and flip the dosa.
  7. Cook the dosa till both the sides turn slight brown. Serve hot!
