Its a very simple and healthy receipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter -1cup
  2. Salt - As per taste
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  5. Red chillie powder - 1/4tablepsoon
  6. Butter - 2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl break egg add salt and spices mix well.
  2. Heat the tawa put the dosa batter in it.
  3. Once one side is cook remove it pour egg on tawa than put the dosa.
  4. Put some butter also.
  5. Cook it for 2mins.
  6. Ready to serve.
