This is my mom in laws recipe for using leftover rotis for breakfast. But you can make fresh rotis and use them too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For rotis
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Water,as required
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. For chutney
  6. 50-60 gm coriander leaves
  7. 10-12 garlic cloves
  8. 2-3 green chillies
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Salt,to taste
  11. Water,as required

Instructions

  1. Make a chutney with coriander leaves,garlic and green chillies.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  3. Make a dough with wheat flour and make rotis with it
  4. Break the rotis into small pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and dip the roti pieces in chutney and put them in wok.
  6. Add little water ,if required,to dip all the roti well.
  7. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins till roti pieces are little soft.
  8. Serve hot.
