Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 kg ladyfinger, slit halfway
  2. 4 potatoes, cut in roundels
  3. 1 bunch green garlic, chopped
  4. 1/2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
  5. 4-5 green chili
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 Tbsp turmeric
  8. 1 tbsp red chili
  9. oil to fry
  10. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind green garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies to smooth paste. Keep it aside
  2. Deep Fry Bhindi and potatoes separately until crisp. Keep it aside
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add ground paste and mix well
  4. Add spice powders and salt. Mix well. Cook for a minute
  5. Add fried vegetables and gently stir
  6. Cover and cook for 10 min over low heat. Serve hot with roti
