Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams bhindi chopped
  2. oil to fry
  3. red chilli powder
  4. coriander powder
  5. salt to taste
  6. turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a pan.
  2. Heat and fry bhindi till it turns brown.
  3. Remove from pan and add all spices.
  4. Bhindi fry is ready to serve.
