Healthy way to eating paratha.

Bhindi paratha.

Ingredients to make Bhindi paratha.

  • bhindi sabji 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • ghee as required
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • bhindi sabji
  • bhindi 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1/2 spoon
  • oil as required

How to make Bhindi paratha.

  1. Take a bhindi wash it. Cut it.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil. Add bhindi .then cover it 5 minutes.
  3. Then add all masala.
  4. Then make a dough .Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Then make a roti. Put bhindi sabji in center. Fold it and make a paratha.
  6. Place the paratha on pan.
  7. Roasted it both sides with ghee.

My Tip:

Serve with curd.
