Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Okara bhindi 1o no
  2. Red chilli powder 1 table spoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  4. Amchur powder 1 table spoon
  5. Asafoetida 1/2teaspoon
  6. Semolina 1/2cup
  7. Salt as par tast
  8. Oil 2 tablespoon


  1. Take okara wash them and pat them dry.
  2. Cut into the slices
  3. Take in bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,amchur powder ,asafoetida ,rava and salt
  4. Mix well
  5. Rest for 30 min.
  6. Take a pan add oil
  7. Roast bhindi
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Flip over
  10. Roast both the side
  11. Roast until it convertd to golden browen.
  12. Ready to serve
