It is a combination and a blend of fruit juice, tomato and basil which gives an unique and refreshing taste of fresh soup. It is nutrient packed soup and perfect for winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato 8 nos big size
  2. Salt to taste
  3. clove 2 nos
  4. Pepper 10 nos
  5. Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Green Chilli 1 nos
  7. Spring onions 1/2 cup chopped
  8. Basil 15 leaves
  9. Milk 3 tbsp
  10. Cinnamon 1 stick
  11. green cardamom 2 nos
  12. Mixed fruits juice 1 cup
  13. Butter 1 tsp
  14. Corn starch 1 tsp
  15. Milk 3 tbsp
  16. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  17. Cream 1 tbs
  18. Garlic clove 2 nos chopped


  1. Pressure cook the tomato, 6 leaves of basil, whole pepper, chilli, spring onions, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom with 1/2 cup of water.
  2. After 3 to 4 whistles release the steam then puree the entire mixture. Then strain the mixture.
  3. Then heat a pan with butter and chopped garlic after 30 seconds pour the tomato puree, chopped basil and mixed fruit juice. Then season it.
  4. Make a paste with milk and corn starch. Then add the paste into the soup and stir it well with a whisk and cook over medium heat until thick for about 3 minutes. Garnish with cream and basil.
