Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh whole red chillies 1 kilogram
  2. Mustard oil 350 millilitre
  3. White salt 2 teaspoons
  4. Black salt 1 teaspoon
  5. Roasted cumin seeds powder 2 teaspoons
  6. Fennel seeds powder 3 tablespoons
  7. Mustard seeds ppwder 2 teaspoons
  8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Asoefodia 1/2 teadpoon
  10. Tartary powder 1 teaspoon


  1. Wash the chillies
  2. Make a slit in between each chilli
  3. Keep in sunlight for 6...7 hours
  4. Now make the stuffing
  5. Take all the spices in a pot
  6. Mix salt and asoefodia too
  7. Add half of the oil in spices mix
  8. Mix well
  9. Fill the spices mix in each chilli
  10. Keep the stuffed chillies in an airtight jar
  11. Pour remaining oil in jar over chillies
  12. Keep this jar in sunlight for 3..4 days
  13. Now can enjoy pickle and kept for 1 year
