Grapes rasam

Ingredients to make Grapes rasam

  • tomatoes 6 medium size
  • Green grapes 200 gram
  • Black grapes 100 gram
  • ginger 1 inch
  • green chillies 2
  • Green coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Rssam powder 2 tablespoons
  • mustard seed 1/2 teaspoon
  • curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon

How to make Grapes rasam

  1. Wash and chopped tomatoes , ginger, green chillies and grapes
  2. Boil all these adding 2 glasses of water for 4..5 minutes
  3. Take all the spices
  4. Add the salt , pepper powder and rasam powder in boiling veggies
  5. Turn off the flame
  6. Blend it
  7. Now sieve in a pot
  8. Again take a boil
  9. Now make a tadka
  10. Put a tadka pan on heat
  11. Add oil
  12. Add mustard seed and curry leaves
  13. Add this in sieved rasam
  14. Serve hot
