It is traditional recipe of Bengal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Grated cottage cheese 1 cup
  3. Tie whole masala
  4. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  5. Soaked Kesar with milk
  6. Cashew nut 1/2 cup
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soaked basmati fifteen minutes before.
  2. Take a rice cooking pan, add two cup water and boil.
  3. Add soaked rice, salt sugar and tea masala.
  4. Tie whole masala means take a muslin cloth add cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, black corn, shah jeera and bay leaves.
  5. When the rice cooked add Kesar soaked with milk and cashew nut.
  6. Now add ghee in a heated frying pan add cooked rice and grated cottage cheese.
  7. Now ready to serve
