Carrot and Green Chilli Pickle
Ingredients to make Carrot and Green Chilli Pickle
- 2 big carrots
- 100g Medium Hot green chillies
- 1 lemons juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Achaar masala
- 1 tbsp oil
How to make Carrot and Green Chilli Pickle
Take 2 big carrots and peel of the skin and wash it.
Then let it dry
Cut long pieces of the carrot like half finger.
Now take 100g of medium hot green chilli and wash it followed by drying it. cut it into long pieces like that of the carrot.
Then mix the chillis and the carrot and add 1 ½ tsp salt to it and mix it and Squeeze a lemon into the mixture and add 2 tbsp of any ready made achar masala (I always use my home made masala but you can you ready-made).
Now mix it and put 1 tbsp oil and mix well and it's ready!
You can keep it fresh for until one month in the fridge.
You can add mango or lemon keida into this pickle if you want.
