Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Drumstick 100gms
  2. Tamaring 50gms
  3. Garlic cloves crush half cup
  4. Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
  5. Chilli powder 40gms
  6. Salt 40gms
  7. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  8. Cumin powder 1tsp
  9. Oil 1cup
  10. Asfoeteda half tsp
  11. For tadaka::1tsp cumin
  12. 1tsp mustard
  13. Half tsp urad dal
  14. Red chilli 2
  15. Curry leaves half cup


  1. Take fresh drumstick nicely cup pieces
  2. Take a bowl put tamarind. Seed less pour half cup water
  3. Add turmeric powder,salt 1tsp keep boil
  4. Keep boil tamarind should be get fine paste kind this is main gravy paste
  5. It's gives drumsticks flavour and gravy
  6. Heat fenugreek seeds on another pan
  7. Fri well until it get gold colour transfer blender make fine powder it gives taste to the pickle
  8. Heat another pan pour oil put drumstick pieces make shallow fri
  9. Take a big mouth bowl put fried drumstick,salt and remaining all spices ,tamarind pulp
  10. Mix well add garlic crush pour ground nut oil
  11. Mix well
  12. For tadaka heat a pan pour oil add cumin,mustard,red chilli,asfoeteda
  13. Fri well this tadaka add on pickle ready to serve
