Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Middle sized brinjals 2_3.
  2. Lemon juice 2tea spoon.
  3. Salt 1tea spoon.
  4. Red chilli powder 2table spoon.
  5. Garlic paste 1tea spoon.
  6. Chopped capsicum 1table spoon.
  7. Chopped tomato 1table spoon.
  8. For Tahini paste:
  9. Sesame seeds 1cup.
  10. Extra virgin olive oil 4table spoon.


  1. Apply a little olive oil on brinjals,put on a tawa,cover and roast for 15 minutes till brinjals are soft.
  2. Peel the roasted brinjals .
  3. Chopp the brinjals finely.Kerp in a bowl.
  4. Make Tahini paste .For this dry roast sesame seeds on low flame for 2_3 minutes.Mix olive oil and make a smooth paste.
  5. Add 1/2cup tahini paste to brinjals,addall other ingredients and blend well to give a texture of dip.
  6. Can be have with snacks,sandwitches and specially with kebabs.
