  • one medium sized brinjal
  • garlic pods 8
  • tahini paste two tabspn
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper half tspn
  • olive oil three tspn
  • paprika one fourth tspn

How to make Baba Ghanoush

  1. roast brinjal on direct lame
  2. Cool it for sometimes, peel the brinjal and mash the pulp.
  3. mix salt tahini paste and black pepper and garland c
  4. give a quick stir in mixer
  5. it should not be too fine
  6. add lime juice
  7. mix
  8. arrange in a plate
  9. drizzle olive oil on it
  10. sprinkle paprika
  11. it is ready to serve
