Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 250 gram gooseberry
  2. 100 gram green chilli
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 50 gram mustard oil
  5. 1/4 spoon kalonji
  6. 1/4 spoon fennel seeds
  7. 1/2 spoon salt
  8. 1/8 spoon asafoetida
  9. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Boil gooseberries with 1 cup water in cooker for 1 whistle
  2. Seprate seeds of gooseberries and cut in slices
  3. Seprate stems of chillies and cut into halves
  4. Heat oil in wok and let it slightly cool
  5. Add salt,other ingredients,gooseverries and chillies
  6. Mix well
