Very tasty and simple pickle just like bharwa red chili.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grms thick green chili (moti wali)
  2. 2 tsp mustard oil
  3. 4 tsp salt
  4. 3 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 5-6 tsp fennel seed (grinded coarsely)
  6. 5-6 tsp Mustard seeds (Grinded coarsely)
  7. 1/4 tsp Asafetida
  8. 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash the Green chili and keep them under sunlight for 2 hours so that they are dried properly.
  2. Cut each chili length wise in such a way that it's joint on one side.
  3. Mix all the spices, mustard oil and sirka in a big plate. Stuff this mixture in each chili. Stuff all the chilies with this mixture.
  4. Keep this mixture in any glass container for 3 to 4 days. Your Stuffed Green Chili Pickle is now ready to serve and eat along with the meals.
