Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken - 1/4 cup
  2. onion - 1
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Carrot - 1
  5. Cucumber - 1
  6. Sliced Cabbage - 1/4 cup
  7. **For dressing :
  8. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  9. Chilli flax - 1 tbsp
  10. Mix herbs - 1 tsp
  11. Chaat masala - 1/2 tbsp
  12. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  13. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  14. lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  15. Honey - 1 tsp
  16. Coriander - 1 tbsp
  17. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  18. Water - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chopped onion and tomato in square pieces.
  2. Grate carrot and cucumber.sliced cabbage.
  3. Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste , black pepper and salt. Then cut it into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl take all the ingredients of dressing and mix it well.
  5. Add onion , tomato , cabbage , carrot , cucumber and chicken to the dressing. Mix it well.
  6. Put it in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
