Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup Sabudhana
  2. 2 tbsp Oil
  3. Roasted peanut powder
  4. few curry leaves
  5. Chopped coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lemon Half
  8. 1 tsp urad daal
  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 2 tbsp peanuts
  12. Half onion chopped
  13. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly sabudana soaked in water for 2 hours, then remove left over water,
  2. In pan Heat the oil, add urad daal, onion, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, peanuts, Curry leaves, green chilli turmeric and saute well till it's aromatic.
  3. Further add salt mix well, next add soaked sabudana and give a Good mix in low flame.
  4. Finally off the flame and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and squeeze the lemon serve it.
