ABOUT Palak Mushroom RECIPE

Mushroom is a very popular of Indian veg item and Palak is a very good food of our diet. We always prepared that Palak paneer, Palak daal etc etc. But I thought that Palak and mushroom is a very good combination of Indian food so that's why I prepared one of the most my experiment dish that name is Palak mushroom.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mushroom 500 gm
  2. Palak 750 gm
  3. Ginger 20 gm
  4. Green chili 3-4 pieces
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar little bit
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  10. Ghee 2 Tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chili whole 2-3 pieces
  13. Bay Leaves 2 pieces
  14. Some whole spices (2 cardamom,2-3 cloves, 1 cinnamon)
  15. Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushroom in hot water and cut into the proper pieces and set aside.
  2. Boiled the Palak with salt and green chili atlist 10-15 min.
  3. After boiling add ginger and blend the boiled Palak.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, red chili whole, bay leaves and some spices like cardamom, clove, cinemon and saute till the fragrent.
  5. Add Palak pest and saute. Add salt and sugar and saute.
  6. Add all the masala and saute. Cover and cook it 5 min.
  7. Then add mushrooms and mix it. Cover and cook it 6-7 min.
  8. Then add little bit of water and again cover and cook atlist 5 min.
  9. Add some fresh cream and serve hot with roti, bun, laccha paratha etc.
