Recipe Namkin khaja 2 cup apf ( maida ) 1/4 cup melted butter 1 /2 tsp ajwana 2 tsp cornflour 2 tsp ghee for sata salt to taste 1/4 tsp haldi Ghee for frying refind oil bhi use kar sakte ho Method First take a big bowl put maida nd ajwana salt nd 1/4 cup melted butter mix all ingredients neatly than scramble it by ur hands than put water mix it neatly than make a dough nt hard nt very smooth keep it in Muslin cloth for 1 hour

Than take a small bowl put cornflour nd 2 tsp ghee mix it nd make sata keep in side Nw after resting take a dough make equally 4 5 loi than take one loi roll it in big size roti than apply sata 1 tsp on all over than make roll nd cut into 2 inches pieces Nw do all roti like it nd apply sata on all roti nd roll it nd cut it than Nw bel lo usko jaise ham pooriya banate hai waise do all poori like this nd preekd it all poori Nw take a big kadai put ghee heat it when it will get hot than fry all khaja like as shown in pic in on sim gas jyada Redish nahi karna bas creespi fry karni hai than nikalke tissue pe rakho 3 4 min than keep in airtight tin nd enjoy.this. with garamagaram tea....

When u fry it than take care turn it both side than it will become creespy
